An Ode to She-Hulk

(I wrote this a couple of years ago for a Flash Fiction Group that I belong to on Facebook. It was then posted on Blogmaster2000.com – our Creative Agency’s blog.

The monthly theme was “Song Lyrics”.

So, I just wrote the lyrics to a song.

A love song.

For She-Hulk.)

My Baby Smash!! by Ben Fuller

Baby, when we met
Your love was like a net
All around me and so sweet

And I dug you from the first
You fill’d me up, made me thirst

You gotta know my love is real
There will never be no other
But on those days you don’t believe
Oooh Baby, you change

Must be those gamma rays
Make you go smash
My baby smash, my baby jump and crash
Gamma, gamma, gamma rays
My baby smash

Baby, please, please know
I never wanna go
Our love is like vertigo

There’s nothing more I can say
It happens every day after day

If other girls’ve been around
My love is radioactive
Must be big green rays from my heart
‘Cause Baby, you change

Must be them gamma rays
Make you go smash
My baby smash, my baby jump and crash
Gamma, gamma, gamma rays
My baby smash

Baby, there’s just you
And to tell the plain plain truth
It don’t take no first class sleuth

I really, truly dig it
I don’t want you to quit it

When you change, start to scream and pound
When you fear you’ll lose my love
That’s when I know you love me round
All when you change

Baby, my gamma rays
Make you go smash
My baby smash, my baby jump and crash
Gamma, gamma, gamma rays
Love when you smash

Baby, my gamma rays
Make you go smash
My baby smash, my baby jump and crash
Gamma, gamma, gamma rays
Love when you smash

Gamma, gamma, gamma rays
My baby smash
